Tangerine

Tangerine by Edward Bloor

This book is about a boy named Paul who is legally blind and in middle school. His sport is soccer, and he is really into it. His brother, Erik, on the other hand, is a high school football star and Paul and Erik have a bad relationship. Moving from Houston, Texas, all the way to Tangerine, Florida is not all that easy. This book is REALLY intense, touching, and sad, and gory. There are a lot of details which is good, but this book is not too appropriate for younger ages. I thought it was very sad, and I wouldn't read it again, (maybe) but it is REALLY detailed.

Pages: about 320
Next weeks book: Finally by Wendy Mass
